1. Return Window
- 60-Day Returns: You have 60 daysfrom the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Condition for Returns
- Pristine Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original Packaging: All original tags and labels must be attached, and the item should be returned in its original Get Activated Clo packaging.
- Hygiene Standards: For health and safety, certain items such as socks or intimate athletic wear are non-returnable if the hygiene seal has been broken.
3. Complimentary Return Shipping
- Free Returns: We provide complimentary return shipping for all domestic orders. Simply use our Returns Portal to generate a pre-paid, trackable shipping label.
- Branded Experience: Please reuse the original premium mailer for your return to support our sustainability efforts.
4. Exchanges & Store Credit
- Instant Exchanges: Need a different size or color? Use our portal for an Instant Exchange to have your new piece shipped immediately before you even send the original back.
- Bonus Store Credit: Opt for a refund in store credit and receive an additional $10 credit toward your next Get Activated Clo purchase.
5. Refund Processing
- Inspection & Timeline: Once your return is received at our studio, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
- Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued to your original form of payment.
6. Final Sale Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
