Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Get Activated Clo. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

2. Peak Season & Launch Notifications

During high-volume periods—including new collection drops, major sales, and the holiday season—processing times may be extended by an additional 2–3 business days. We appreciate your patience as our team works to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. 

3. Domestic Shipping & Free Shipping Threshold

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous United States totaling $100 or more(after discounts and before taxes).

For orders under $100, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout depending on shipping timeframe selected by customer. 

6. Tracking & Damages

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Get Activated Clo is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging materials.
