78% Nylon | 22% Spandex | 83% Cotton | 17% Polyester

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle
• Wash with like colors; turn inside outto protect the fabric and logo detailing
• Use a mild detergent only; do not bleach or use fabric softener
• Do not soak; avoid rough surfaces and washing with items that have zippers/Velcro to prevent snagging
• Lay flat to dry or hang dry in shade
• Do not tumble dry (heat can damage spandex and reduce stretch recovery)
• Cool iron if needed on the cotton-blend side; do not iron directly on logos or trims
• Do not dry clean (recommended to preserve stretch and performance)
